I guess it is about 2x feet . </p> <p>I search on net and it has always been said a lan cable connection is always better than wifi connection . The problem is , I test it today , the result is very confusing . I repeatedly plug and unplug the lan cable and try to test at about same time . </p> <p>The speed of lan cable connection seems always slower than by wifi connection , </p> <p>the result of several times test , </p> <p>by lan cable 150-190 Mbps average only , </p> <p>while by wifi the speed is 3xx Mbps ! almost faster than by using lan cable each time each test . </p> <p>I believe the traffic condition should be simliar since I do the other test right after another type . </p> <p>I feel confusing now and should I keep to connect to the internet by wifi from now on ? The 2x feet lan cable (it was a Cat 6c or ? I forgot but remember it is faster type I can buy at that moment ) . </p> <p>I am not a PC gamer , so I guess the it should be a document computer most of the time . The only need of high speed is to download some videos by BT ,watch tv drama &amp; youtube only . </p> <p>Is the technology of wifi is faster lan connection now ? The main reason I really like to know is , I am going to move my home to another flat soon .
