Now it doesnt hurt and im just scared cause im looking it up like crazy and i keep finding different pages saying that it will infect my mouth further. Do i need to go seek medical attention immediately or can it wait. Im just scared ill sleep then wake up tomorrow to have my whole mouth being infected.
